Central Library of Nagaland University, Kohima, India successfully installed BookDrive DIY – B for their digitization project.
Established in 1994, Nagaland University, Kohima has objectives of disseminating and imparting advance knowledge by providing sufficient infrastructure and research facilities in every branches of learning as well as providing state of the art Library facilities.
Dr. T. Temjen, Deputy Librarian of Nagaland University, Kohima, India informed that they intend to convert their Central Library in virtual KNOWLEDGE CENTER by taking up the project of digitizing their valuable and rare collections. The project involves digitizing documents / rare books / thesis of all subjects that are of interest to students / researchers / professors for further study as well as archival value and storing them securely on a
server for on-demand service to all patrons.
